Laura Fayerman

Co-Founder & Head of Strategy

Laura is a passionate foodie and gets joy from the way cooking can connect people. Spending time in the innovation space, Laura is keen for Travelling Kitchen to really understand the people it is providing experiences for and meeting their needs. 

Alison Herft

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Alison loves food and bringing people together to cook and eat. She has worked with many inspiring people in the worlds of cheffing, sustainability, creative arts and education and wants to help others experience a sense of connection and inspiration through food.
