Come along and join our Travelling Kitchen crew to learn how to make gluten-free dumplings from scratch! Travelling Kitchen is a Wellington-based charity that aims to empower and connect people through food experiences.
We’ll show you how to make the gluten-free dough, put together different fillings (including a vegan option), and two ways to cook dumplings. We’ll also make some side dishes and put it all together to make a big feast we eat together on the day.
As well as helping you learn a range of cooking skills, we’ll also give you some tips on food budgeting and adapting recipes to suit different ingredients.

We’d ask for $20 to cover costs and our time. Please bring a container to take home a few dumplings for your freezer too.
